【岗位职责】
1. 制定并执行酒店人力资源战略规划，确保与集团文化及运营目标一致。
2. 全面负责人事管理，包括招聘、入职、培训、绩效、薪酬福利及员工关系等模块。
3. 主导企业文化落地，策划并组织内部文化活动，提升员工凝聚力与归属感。
4. 建立并优化人才发展体系，推动员工职业成长路径设计及继任计划。
5. 处理员工投诉、纠纷及劳动合规事务，确保符合法律法规及集团标准。
6. 监督人事系统数据维护，提供人力分析报告为管理层决策支持。
【岗位要求】
1. 学历、工作经验、年龄不限，但需具备人力资源全盘管理能力或等同资质。
2. 熟悉劳动法律法规及酒店行业人事管理特点，有较强合规意识。
3. 优秀的沟通协调能力，能跨部门推动文化宣导与变革。
4. 具备团队领导经验，能独立搭建或优化人事体系。
5. 注重细节，逻辑清晰，能高效处理多任务并解决问题。
6. 价值观匹配酒店服务文化，认同“以人为本、追求卓越”的管理理念。
