【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店电气、暖通、给排水、消防及电梯等设备的日常巡检、维护及故障排查，确保设备处于良好运行状态。
2、管理值班期间的报修工单，及时响应并处理客房、餐厅、公共区域等部门提出的紧急维修需求。
3、监督外包维保单位的现场作业质量，确保施工符合酒店安全标准与操作规范。
4、填写交接班记录与设备运行日志，完整记录故障处理过程及遗留问题，确保信息准确传递。
5、协助工程主管制定设备预防性保养计划，并参与大修、改造项目的现场跟进与验收工作。
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的服务意识与责任感，能适应轮班制（含夜班），具备独立处理突发故障的能力。
2、熟悉酒店常用机电设备的基本原理与操作，懂基础电路、水路或暖通知识者优先。
3、持有效电工证、特种设备操作证或相关技能认证者优先，无证但有两年以上实操经验亦可。
4、身体健康，吃苦耐劳，年龄、学历、工作经验不限，欢迎有工程维修经验或应届生应聘。
5、具备基础电脑操作能力，能使用办公软件填写电子记录。
