2. 熟练掌握餐饮各部门的岗位职责和工作程序。3. 丰富的高星级酒店餐饮运营经验。4. 有较强的沟通能力，具备良好的团队意识和领导能力。5. 英语口语及书面表达流畅。
6. 具有较强的责任感及良好的职业道德。 

Requirements：1. Same position working experience in luxury international hotel, prefer Guangdong area experience.2. Familiar with F&B all sections SOP and P&P.3. Extensive F&B operations experiences background in luxury hotels.4. Strong communication skills with excellent team-work spirit and leadership skills.5. Fluency in English spoken and written.6. Working with strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics

职位描述：1. 全面负责酒店餐饮运营管理，并确保符合酒店制度与标准。2. 负责餐饮运营及制定餐饮预算。3. 制定、推行和监督本部门的各项管理制度。4. 根据市场变化和客人的需求，及时调整餐饮经营策略，组织和开展各种食品展销活动。5. 发展良好的宾客关系，满足宾客特殊需求，处理各类宾客投诉。6. 负责餐饮部员工的岗位业务培训，督促各岗位抓好培训工作、提高全员业务素质。7.督促厨师长做好食品卫生成本核算、食品价格等工作，定期研究新菜加以推广、提高食品的出成率。

Job Description：
1. In charge all F&B operations. Ensure the operations match the hotel SOP and P&P.
2. Responsible for F&B operations and budget making.
3. Departmental SOP making and supervision.
4. Responsible for promote F&B Revenue and promotions according to the guest and marketing needs, adjust appropriate operation strategies.
5. Develop and maintain a good relationship with guests in order to meet their individual needs and handle complains.
6. In Charge of F&B staff on-job training to improve the service quality and ensure each staff are qualified.7. Collaborate with Executive Chef for cost control and launching new cuisines.
