DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Develops a public relationsprogrammed for the hotel based on its marketing goals. Liaises with Marketingin targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies toreach these markets.
Develops media contacts,plans press conferences and other press activities. Acts as hotel’s liaisonwith media to promote good publicity.
Develops and organizedpromotional activities, coordinates with departments concerned; invites VIPsand media to promotional activities. Prepares and issues press release.
Maintain good relationshipwith Advertising Agency, identify and implement hotel advertising budget andexternal advertising release.
Disseminates corporate pressreleases to appropriate local trade and consumer media.
Identify hotel markingcollateral for hotel pre-opening.
依照酒店的市场目标开展公关活动，与销售部紧密联系，确定具体目标市场并通过公关策略进入市场。
与媒体保持良好合作关系，策划新闻发布会以及其他新闻活动。代表酒店与媒体联系，以促进良好的公关形象。
开发和组织促销活动，与相关部门沟通协调，邀请嘉宾和媒体参与促销活动，准备并进行新闻发布。
与专业广告公司保持良好合作关系，制定并执行酒店的广告预算和对外广告发布。
向合适的当地商业和消费者媒体发布公司的新闻。在酒店筹备期制定各式宣传资料。

QUALIFICATION&EXPERIENCE
Bachelordegree and 2 yearsworking experience in the same position.
Excellent capacity in independently planning,organization and coordination.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
International brand pre-opening experience is preferable.
本科以上学历，5年以上国际品牌同等职位工作经验。
优秀的独立策划、组织协调能力。
良好的中英文沟通能力。
有国际连锁品牌筹备经验者优先。
