高端五星酒店薪酬福利主管 Luxury 5 Star Hotel C&B Supervisor
 
岗位职责Job Description：
- 协助薪酬福利经理管理酒店薪酬福利政策，收集数据以帮助薪酬福利经理决策
- 协助薪酬福利经理完成人力资源系统上线项目，维护与更新人力资源系统，解答员工关于系统操作的问题
- 管理酒店每月薪资，社保，补充保险
- 监控酒店员工薪酬福利等各类数据
- 协助薪酬福利经理进行奖金和调薪计算
- 上级领导安排的其他工作任务
- Assist C&B manager in setting up hotel C&B strategy and policies, collect related data to support C&B manager in decision-making 
- Assisting C&B manager in hotel HRIS project implementation, maintain and update HRIS data and answer associate questions regarding system operations
- Manage hotel monthly payroll, social insurance contribution, supplemental plan enrollments
- Monitor hotel associates C&B data
- Assist C&B manager in calculating bonus/incentives and salary adjustment
- Other assigned tasks by C&B Manager 
 
任职资格Qualification：
 - 大专以上学历
- 三年以上薪酬福利相关工作经验
- 熟悉劳动法及相关法规
- 有一定的数据分析能力
- 良好的英文书面/口语能力
- 熟练使用Excel
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力
- 有团队管理能力优先考虑
- College Degree or above 
- At least 3 years' C&B experience
- Familiar with China Labor Law and regulations 
- Good data analytic ability 
- Good command of written and oral English
- Familiar with Excel
- Good communication skills and team work
- Team management experience is preferred
