岗位职责：
1.协助人事经理拟定管理物业薪酬福利政策，完善薪酬体系，收集市场数据，提出合理化建议；
2.独立负责各物业人员薪资，社保公积金保险等的缴纳；
3.根据人员预算监控员工薪酬福利数据，协助上级进行奖金计算，起草调薪方案并协助完成年度预算等；
4.配合人事经理及人事团队共同开展物业内基础人事类工作，如档案管理，考勤收集，文档起草，和员工关系，员工活动等相关人事工作。
资质要求：
1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 人力资源3年及以上经验且至少2年薪酬福利相关工作经验；
3. 有酒店或服务公寓相关行业经验至少1年；
4. 熟悉劳动法及相关法规；
5. 熟练使用Excel;
6. 良好的仪容仪表，良好的沟通，合作能力，有亲和力；
7. 有强烈的责任心，愿意接受挑战，有一定的抗压能力；
