1.掌握当天宾客抵离情况和接待服务要求，为宾客办理入住登记手续。严格按照流程，快速、准确地为宾客办理结账离店手续；
2.为客人提供早餐、茶点服务；在工作限度及能力范围内，尽可能解决客人住店期间所遇问题，满足其所需；
3.及时录入、核对宾客费用，认真审核收到的各类收费单等原始凭证并签收，保证宾客资料的安全、完整；
4.管理酒店所属片区物资，负责对客房所有棉制品、消耗品及其他对客食品、物品的使用保管，进行周、月物资盘存，并制作报表上交本部门领导和相关部门负责人等等。
任职资格:
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理或相关专业；
2. 有高星级酒店从业经验者优先；
3. 热爱服务行业，熟悉酒店的标准操作规范；
4. 形象好，气质佳，女身高160cm以上，男身高170cm以上5.条件优越者，可放宽要求
