工作职责：
1、确保酒店所有的电脑设备按时得到定期维护；
2、协调所有的故障系统或设备能够及时地维修和恢复运行；
3、保证电脑系统在发生紧急故障的时候能够连续的运行；
4、保证电脑系统所需的固定和消耗品的储备；
5、建立程序来保证电脑系统的数据备份；
6、重建数据，因为硬件或软件故障造成的数据错误；
7、为内部和外部的审计人员提供技术支持；
8、对酒店管理现有的或将来的电脑系统和技术发展提供建议；
9、及时了解、处理软件故障报告及改进要求；
10、建立应急流程以保证酒店在系统故障时的持续运行；
11、帮助其他部门对其员工进行培训使之能够有效地使用电脑系统；
12、提供所有电脑系统的使用手册并将其合成到酒店操作流程中相关
的部分；
13、执行其他指定的合理的工作和职责。
任职资格：
1、五星级酒店1年以上领班以上工作经验或四星酒店同岗位工作经
验；
2、电脑相关专业大专以上学历。
语言能力：英语-良好 中国普通话-精通计算机能力：精通年龄要求：25-40岁
