岗位职责
1.有西饼房相关管理工作经验，熟练的工作专业英语交流能力
2.负责每天饼房的运作，下达备餐任务，进行制作及出品监督
3.掌握中西格式面包西点的制作，有较好的创新意识，了解当下时兴潮流
4.严格按照国家及集团的食品卫生规定进行管理，确保食品安全
5.负责饼房及面包房的成本及预算控制，负责对内技术指导及糕点质量的把关
6.善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作
7.具有强烈的事业心和责任感，高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养
