Job Description 职责范围：

• To assist and direct the service staff with direct service to the guest, ensuring that the service standards are maintained and that guest satisfaction is kept at a high level.
帮助和指导服务员为客人服务，保证服务达到标准，客人的满意程度高。
• To ensure that good harmony exists amongst the staff at all times, and report any problem situations to the Banquet Service Manager.
保证所有员工很好的协调，有任何问题都要向宴会经理汇报。
• To ensure that all dirty linen is exchanged with Housekeeping with fresh linen. And ensure that all records of exchange are kept in the outlet linen log book.
保证所有脏了的布草都及时到客房部换掉，并保证所有的布草换洗都记录在餐厅布草记录簿里。
• To report any discrepancies or problem situations that may arise to  the Banquet Service Manager, so that action may be taken to quickly resolve and correct this.
有任何矛盾或问题存在，要向宴会经理报告，以便能快速采取行动来改变这种情况。
• To follow and undertake any reasonable request made by the management of the restaurant and the Hotel.
要协助完成餐厅和酒店管理人员的合理要求。
• To understand the importance of Food and Beverage sales, and make every effort to sell, or see to it that the maximum number of  items are sold.
明白食品和酒水销售的重要性，尽最大的努力做好销售工作，使销售量达到最大化。
• To evaluate with the Banquet Service Manager each event order received, as to function types, set up time and style, F&B requirements, audio visual requirements, manning and additional equipment needs, services and requests. And action accordingly a set up plan for each function, to ensure a smooth setup and running of the event.
跟宴会经理一起评估收到的每一个预定，关于活动类型、举办时间、餐饮要求、视听设备、人力配置和其他额外的设备、服务和要求。并制定相应的布置计划，保证活动的顺利进行。
• To check each room on a daily basis, to ensure that all set ups are completed within the required time, and that all set ups are as per the standards as laid down in the Banquet Service Policy.
每天检查各个房间，保证所有的房间都按要求的时间布置好，所有的布置符合宴会服务政策要求。
• To write up daily requisition for all condiments and supplies, and hand them to the Banquet Service Manager for approval.
每天填写调味品和供应品的领货单，并交给宴会经理批准。
• To be responsible for the protection of all operating equipment, ensuring that all equipment is clean, properly handled and stored at all times.
负责保护所有的经营用具，保证所有用具都干净，正确使用和存储。
• To ensure that service staff are at their stations, and are well groomed, wearing clean and pressed uniforms at all times.
保证所有的服务员都在岗位上，有标准的仪容仪表，穿着干净整洁的制服。
