2．负责制定接待组的规章和工作流程，健全岗位职责标准。
3．负责做好下属的思想工作，调动员工的积极性，高效率、高质量地完成各项工作任务。
4．负责本组人员排班和考勤，向下属员工布置工作任务。
5．负责检查员工的仪容仪表、服务质量及工作进程，督促员工照章办事。视员工的表现，给予奖惩。帮助下属员工解决工作中遇到的难题。处理工作差错和事故。
6．负责协调本组与其他各组之间的关系。
7．负责制订培训计划，定期对本组员工进行业务培训和考核。不断提高员工的业务水平和服务质量。
8．将上级的指示传达给下级，将本组的情况及时向上级汇报，自觉遵守请示汇报制度。
9．负责检查本组工作必备品及设备的使用情况，及时补充和申报维修。
10．领导安排的其他工作。
