DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1.Supervises the Front Office and all operating outlets and sections.
监管前厅部运营事宜。
2.Be able to perform all functions within the Front Office.
有能力处理前厅部所有工作。
3.Have knowledge of all Job Descriptions and Standard Operating Procedures relating to each function within the Front Office. Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures, but allows for judgmental flexibility as situations demand.
了解前厅部各职位的工作职能以及标准运营流程以保证遵循操作流程并灵活处理各类问题。
4.Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
建立维护积极的员工关系。
5.Inspects frequently for cleanliness and orderliness at the lobby and the public areas.
时时留意大堂及公共区域并保证环境整洁有序。
6.View through the Ving Card report to ensure ving card keys issued for the day are only for new check-ins or room moves.
检查ving card报告，保证ving card 只提供给新入住客人或换房客人。
7.Ensure all report working papers, user reports, supporting bills and Night Audit Checklists to the Accounts Dept are submitted the nest day.
确保所有报表如user reports, supporting bills, night audit checklists 等能够在隔天准确无误交至财务部。
8.Perform related duties and special project as assigned.
能够完成客务经理布置的其他任务。
REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求
1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理专业为佳。
2. 3-5年酒店行业同岗位工作经验。
3. 英语听说写流利。
4.人际交往能力强，有较好的团队协作精神。
语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：良好年龄要求：25-35岁
