岗位职责
1.按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录；
2..服从上级的工作安排，做好行李服务工作；
3.维护出入车辆秩序，保证上下客车位和车道畅通；
4.准确回答客人的询问，主动做好服务工作；
5.熟悉酒店各种服务项目和营业时间，向客人推销酒店的各项服务，介绍酒店客房设施。了解本市交通、商业、旅游等方面资料；
6.为客人指路，认真回答客人的询问，尽量满足客人的需求；
7.负责分送邮件、报刊、报表、留言单及前厅通知等，并按规定登记和办理签收手续；
8.受理客人行李寄存及领取，并做好详细的存取记录；
9..积极参与酒店和部门组织的各项活动，完成上级交予的各项工作。
岗位要求
1.具有国际酒店品牌工作经验者优先；
2.工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活；
3.能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
