职责:
1. 负责行政楼层工作顺利有效运行，协助前厅部经理管理好本部门员工。
2. 直接管理行政楼层接待员为宾客登记，分配房间等工作。
3. 依照预抵宾客表检查所有预抵宾客登记单，确保所有的预订房间都已经事先做了登记。
4. 依照预抵宾客表同预订经理核实当日预订，确保没有漏掉任何预订。
5. 检查当日实际抵达的宾客表，确保接待员将所有的相关资料输入了电脑，落实宾客的帐务。
6. 为行政楼层宾客提供餐饮及商务服务。
7. 跟进酒店VIP贵宾接待工作，确保贵宾服务优质性。
任职要求:
1. 男女不限，25岁以上，身体健康，形象良好，口齿清晰，反应敏捷。
2. 专科及以上学历，酒店或旅游管理专业为佳，英语流利，CET-6水平，必要时可使用第二种酒店服务外语开展服务工作。
3. 有高星级酒店相同相近工作经验2年以上，有酒店前厅部工作经验4年以上。熟悉酒店行政楼层的工作内容和流程。
4. 具备管理学，营销学，应用心理学，酒店餐饮的相关知识。
5. 良好的语言组织能力，口语表述能力，协调沟通能力，团队管理能力，熟练运用办公软件，熟练操作前台系统。
语言能力：英语-熟练计算机能力：精通年龄要求：25-38岁
