1、按规定着装，以规范、整洁、干净、化淡妆等仪容上岗；
2、熟悉销售中心的整体概况，能够把控好售楼案场的客户服务工作；
3、掌握必要的礼节礼貌用语、仪态和举止；
4、在没有客户到售楼中心时，应检查室内的物品是否整齐、完好以及卫生状况是否良好；
5、当有客户在沙盘边上观看时，及时送上饮料、咖啡等；
6、当客户离开时，及时整理客户做过的桌椅和使用过的物品；
7、及时与各部门对接，保证室内环境随时达到可以接待客户的状态
任职要求：
1、年龄18—35周岁，身体健康、五官端庄，身高1.65cm以上；
2、具有一定物业管理、及星级酒店经验者优先
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力及服务意识，反应灵敏，端庄大方、举止文雅；
4、敬业乐业、具有较强的责任心和吃苦耐劳的职业素养。
