岗位职责
1. 清楚当日住房率、预抵预离及房态情况。
2. 负责拨打礼貌电话或以面谈的形式及时收集宾客意见,并进行分析归纳汇总；处理客人各类需求并做好记录及跟踪处理。
3. 负责查看每日后台的网络点评信息，针对意见类点评及差评进行公示。
4. 负责跟进每日网络意见类点评，对客人进行回访，并对网评及跟进结果进行汇总及上报。
5. 负责协助前台及礼宾做好对大堂客人的指引及疏导工作。
6. 负责积极推销会员优惠政策，宾客喜好档案的建立和完善工作，按时完成宾客意见汇总、网络排名及PPT的制作。
7. 熟知酒店应知应会及各类促销活动, 了解市内交通、旅游景点、银行、餐饮、商场的位置，随时为客人提供各种查询服务。
8. 负责参加酒店及部门组织的会议及培训。
9. 完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
岗位要求
1. 普通话标准，有较强的语言沟通能力，至少熟练掌握1门外语。
2. 熟练掌握电脑Word文档、PPT、Excel表格操作，熟悉前台操作系统。
