岗位职责 Job Descripetion：

1. 负责严格控制钥匙领用程序

Is responsible for the strict control of the key using the program

2. 建立程序跟踪、报告、控制部门的流动成本

Establish procedures to track, report, flow of control Department costs

3. 根据存货控制程序处理和储存存货

According to the inventory control processing and storage inventory

4. 负责酒店全面的清洁,定期检查所有区域

Responsible for the hotel comprehensive clean, all regions of the periodic inspection

5. 确保所有工作遵循客房部程序

Housekeeping department procedure to ensure that all work followed

6. 确保迅速报告维修数据

Ensure rapid reporting maintenance data

7. 制定并保持定期的清洁计划

Develop and maintain regular cleaning plan

8. 协助行政管家管理客房部日常运作，保持与各部门的良好沟通

Assist the Department of Administration housekeeping management room daily operation, maintain good communication with the various departments

9. 管理和控制所有客房运行管理，分配和监督主管的工作并在需要时提供帮助

Operation and management of management and control in all rooms, allocation and supervision of the competent work and provide help when needed

10. 当行政管家不在时负责客房部的运行

When the Executive Housekeeper is not responsible for the running room
