Pay attention to the rationality of overtime, make statistics and audit, and follow up the overtime clearance of the department.

员工和工资数据在系统中维护

Maintain team member information and payroll data in E-HR system.

根据月度员工变动状况，制作薪资附件，无差错

Make salary attachment according to monthly team member turnover, no error.

处理在人力资源部的办公室里收到及所需派发的人事变动表。管理员工转正、升职/降职、调职、工资调整及辞职。确保所有的表格和数据都得到准确的处理，归档和更新。

Process all personnel action forms coming in / out of the HR office. Administer team member confirmations, promotions / demotions, transfers, salary adjustments and resignations, ensuring that all forms and database are properly processed, filed and updated.

安排劳动合同的续签工作，确保劳动合同的续签顺利进行。

Makes arrangement for the renewal of contracts as appropriate and ensures the smooth going of the renewal work.

准备及跟进每月过试用期员工的各项工作，更新最新资料。

Preparation and follow up for monthly completed probation staff, reviewing arrangement and updated information form individual department.

全面负责酒店所有员工的各项社会保险。如养老保险、医疗保险、失业保险、生育保险、工伤保险及住房公积金等，以及饭店按当地政府规定实行的其他险种。

Fully responsible for all social insurance for all staff such as Retirement Fund, Medical Insurance, unemployment Insurance, bearing Insurance, Working accident Insurance, Housing Fund and other insurance according to the local government stipulations.

Establish the social insurance and housing fund for the newly hired team members including graduates from schools and the society.
