1、根据品牌标准、SOP组织进行房务部专题性培训，对培训内容及记录进行整理归档。

According to brand standard and Rooms SOP, organize special subject training and keep in a file.

2、根据酒店客诉、舆情、GEI、LRA等表现情况，将客户意见、投诉转化成培训案例并落实培训。

According to hotel performance of CS, Social Media, GEI and LRA, make a training cases summary.

3、协调安排房务部员工在酒店内的交叉培训，并追踪培训成果。

Arrange cross-training and track the training result.

4、根据总部下发的服务项目要求，制定调整本酒店房务部SOP并落实培训，并按总部要求反馈流程执行效果。

According to the service quality project announced by HQ, create and adjust Rooms SOP and complete the training related, and report the implementation to HQ as request.

5、每日检查酒店房务部员工的对客服务表现及品质，根据检查情况进行针对性培训。

Complete daily checking for service performance of Rooms staff, and arrange the training according checking result.

6、每月对房务部员工进行岗位技能考核，根据考核结果进行针对性培训。

Complete post skill assessment per month, and arrange the training according assessment result.

7、对房务部新员工/实习生制定培训计划，并完成岗前考核。

Make the training plan for Rooms new employees and complete pre-service inspection.

8、根据酒店品牌理念及地方特色，开发/优化本酒店的特色服务产品。

According to brand concept and local character, develop and optimize hotel service products.

9、协助酒店总经理召开每月至少1次的服务质量会议，并追踪相关部门改进方案及落实情况，会议纪要发送至相关部门并存档。

Assist hotel GM to have the service quality meeting at least once a month, track the action plan and send meeting minutes to all hotel depts.

10、协助房务总监进行本酒店有关对客服务项目的增加、优化等。

Assist DOR to push and optimize the related items of service quality project.
