工作职责 Job Instruction

1、主持保安部的日常工作；负责维护酒店的治安秩序，保护住店宾客和酒店员工的人身和财产安全；为宾客提供安全服务

Responsible for the Security daily work, maintain the order of the hotel, protect hotel personnel’s as well as guests’ life and property safety

2、跟班上班，监督、检查、指导领班工作，全面掌握全队的岗位值勤情况

Direct the captain’s work and know all the duty area situations

3、制定保安部工作计划，了解保安员的思想状况，对保安员进行业务培训

Plan the security work, and conduct the training for the guards

4、根据社会治安情况的变化和特点，妥善修订，安排保安部的工作，以适应变化的情况；

Properly assign the guards’ work according to the public security situations.

5、根据部门制定的突发事件应急预案要求，合理安排人力，杜绝各种不安全因素；

Properly arrange manpower according to dept. emergency plan to prevent any unsafe factors.

6、按照部门的要求，主动配合消防组和警卫组的工作，共同维护酒店治安秩序，做好酒店安全预防工作；

Cooperate with fire fighting group, and internal security group work to maintain the hotel order.

岗位要求 Qualification

1、懂得现场保护、消防安全有关常识 Job knowledge:With the knowledge of scene protection and fire fighting skills

2、有两年以上工作经验

More than 2 years safety work experience

3、有一定的安全管理经验；有一定的组织、领导能力；
