1. 负责处理主管及以下级别招聘的管理工作，包括职位申请表格，登记报到，安排面试，推荐到部门，背景调查，接收/录取确认信，拒绝录取等，确保有效/专业操作整个招聘流程工作的每个环节。
Responsible handling of administrative tasks of recruitment below supervisor level, including employee application forms, registration, interviews, acceptance, letter of understanding, reject, and etc. Ensures that recruitment of new staff is conducted effectively and professionally.
2. 根据酒店政策和政府相关规定监管招聘流程，检查申请者或员工职位变迁是否符合员工编制/工资标准或向人力资源副经理建议、调整和计划面试安排、收集反馈意见并与各部门负责人一起评估下一轮的面试。
Supervise and monitors the recruitment process in accordance with the hotel policy and procedure and the government regulations by verifying that employee requisitions or changes of status are in line with manning guide, coordinating and scheduling interviews and collecting feedback and assessment following interviews with Department Section Heads.
3. 维持最新的内部职位空缺列表。每月初呈报空缺职位表给人力资源部门。
Maintain an up to date internal position vacancy listing. Submit monthly OPL to HR team at the beginning of each month.
4. 安排完成主管及以下级别员工离职面谈，并协助人力资源副经理分析离职原因。
Arrange exit interviews with supervisor level with below, and assist to analyse to leave reason
5. 根据求职申请表分门别类建立电子档人才档案库。
Establishes computer database on employee information based on the Application Form.
6. 保留和更新所有候选人档案和人才库数据记录。
Maintains and updates candidates files and talent pool.
7. 管理酒店网站上的招聘包括及时更新集团网、最佳东方网上职位信息、索取和筛选简历、推荐候选人。
Update and manage the on-line website recruitment system including eCareer and VeryEast and screen, selection and recommendation.
8. 负责撰写招聘广告刊登在网上、报纸和更新空缺岗位在员工告示栏。
Writes and puts recruitment advertisement in the internet web site, newspaper and update open position list on the staff bulletin board.
9. 联络人才市场和酒店专业学校。
Liaison with recruitment agencies and hotel schools.
