岗位职责：
1.负责管理客衣、客房、餐饮布巾、制服等的洗涤、熨烫。2.负责检查洗涤的方法和过程。
3.负责检查洗衣流程，如果必要进行修正和改善。
4.直接向行政管家报告洗衣房的工作状况和设备状况。
5.根据客房入住率和餐饮布巾需求量，安排好布巾、制服的洗涤工作，保证提供足够的布巾。按照工作程序，培训员工。
6.和员工开会时讨论工作问题、工作计划、沟通信息，并安排工作。负责保持工作需求和人工需求的平衡。
7.负责检查洗衣房办公室的工作，如生产报告、工作安排和其它记录。
8.和其它洗衣房经理保持联系，了解好的洗涤方法、程序、洗涤剂，以及洗涤报价。建立产品标准记录和培训技能记录。
岗位要求：
1、具备同岗工作经验3年及以上
2、工作细致认真、较强的团队管理能力与现场协调能力
