1. 负责总经办对内协调工作，对外联络。
主要职责—（职务的主要工作）
1. 根据酒店营销情况和接待服务工作实际，按照总经理的要 求，负责起草综合性业务、行政工作规划、计划、报告、总结、请示、通知等公文函件并审核签发的文稿。
2. 负责安排酒店行政会议和总经理办公会议，编写会议纪要和决议，并跟踪、检查各部门贯彻执行情况。
3. 随时收集市场信息，为总经理决策提供咨询，当好参谋。
4. 在总经理领导下，协调平衡各部门之间的关系，汇总各部门 的规章制度，制订全店的规章制度和规定，会同有关部门检查各项工作的完成情况，做好综合统计工作。
5. 负责组织有关人员做好公文收发、打字、文印、通讯以及文书档案的管理。
6. 负责做好来信来访有关工作和处理客人向总经理室的投诉。
7. 注意开展调查研究，分析经营管理情况，做好酒店信息管理方面的有关工作，努力提高本酒店的竞争能力，创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。
8. 加强本部门的自身管理，抓好部门员工的政治、业务培训、考评等工作，提高工作效率。
9. 组织制定酒店行文管理的各项规定，努力使公文管理规范化、科学化，提高工作效率。完成董事会、总经理交办的各项工作。
10. 代表公司与外界有关部门和机构联络并保持良好合作关系。
