岗位职责 Description

1、协助工程总监设计和执行一些非主要项目的改进，提高设备效率

Help DOE designs and implements minor projects to improve plant efficiency.

2、控制已计划和未计划的维修项目，主要为如下系统：空调和电力系统,制冷系统,楼宇包括家具和设备维修,厨房和洗衣房设备,电梯,锅炉和蒸气系统,超低压系统,管道和排水系统及其他方面系统。

Monitor the planned and unplanned maintenance programs applicable to the following major systems：air conditioning & electrical systems,refrigeration system,building including furniture & fixture maintenance,kitchen & laundry equipment,vertical transportation,boiler and steam system,extra low voltage (ELV) systems,plumbing & drainage,miscellaneous systems

3、控制耗损，分析并检查供给方发票及物料公司

Monitors consumption & analyses & checks invoices by suppliers & utility companies.

4、识别潜在的危险和安全隐患,采取必要的行动,加强消防队的培训和监督管理。

Identifies hazards & potential safety concerns,takes necessary action.Trains & supervises Hotel Fire Brigade.

岗位要求 Job Qualification

1、至少三年相关酒店工作经验, 二年工程管理工作经验。

At least 3 years hospitility experience, and 2 years engineering management experience.

2、具有丰富的工程技术及管理能力

Knowledge of engineering and management requirement.

3、拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能；能代表工程部和酒店与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects on engineering ,the hotel.

4、精通微软办公软件

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

5、具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力

Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
