岗位职责:
1、根据公司的发展战略，分析评估人力需求，制订公司招聘计划和实施方案；
2、负责完善公司招聘制度及流程与人才招聘渠道精细化建设，维护现有招聘渠道，有效地开拓新的招聘渠道；
3、深入了解业务部门的招聘需求，负责公司各空缺岗位的招聘，长期、持续推动人才招聘和储备工作；
4、建立人员甄选体系，包括但不限于简历初选、笔试、测评、面试等；
5、建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业；
2、1年以上人力资源管理相关工作经验，熟悉招聘管理流程及各类招聘渠道，精通各类招聘面试技巧与方法。
3、专业基础扎实，性格沉稳，沟通协调能力好，积极主动，抗压能力强；
4、有大规模人员招聘经验者优先
语言能力：中国普通话-熟练计算机能力：良好年龄要求：23-35岁
