l To offer good service to guests for the purpose of high score in surveying guests’ satisfaction

l To clean kids’ club to create good environment for kids

主要职责及责任
l To be enthusiastic about the work to guarantee good service
热爱本职工作,为客人提供热情,周到的服务
l To guild guests to register, positively introduce activities to them
引导客人做好登记,主动向客人介绍儿童亲子乐园的活动
l To examine all electrical equipment to make sure they work well
仔细检查电视、灯是否正常,发现问题及时报修
l To help kids to paint and following charge
协助小朋友画画,并做好收银工作
l To disinfect toys
经常给玩具消毒
l To let the supervisor know it if facing an problem
如遇问题,及时通知相关负责人
l To check all electricity and equipment .then close the door
下班前,一定要检查设备,并关好门

l Effective coverage of kid’s club.

l Maintain the kid’s club in peak condition at all times, while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget, including payroll.
在酒店规定的预算范围内(包括工资),保持儿童乐园状态良好。
COLLEAGUE RELATIONS

l Ensure kid’s club department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel.
确保儿童乐园与水疗及酒店所有部门保持积极的关系。
l Ensure Colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the spa's policy relating to safety.
确保同事完全理解并遵循酒店安全工作规定之政策。
l Ensure all Colleagues adhere to all spa standards as stated in the employee handbook.

GUEST SERVICE

l Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
