1. Administer the sales program of the hotel
酒店管理销售计划
——Implements all sales action plans related to the Shanghai market (by) as outlined in the Marketing plan.
       实现所负责的上海市场（按客户性质）的销售计划
——Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals, which contribute to the Marketing budget.
       积极完成所有相关部门指标以及酒店预算
——Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for Corporate / Embassy/ Government / FIT / Meetings/Events accounts.
        密切关注公司、使馆、政府、散客、会议及宴会客户创造的利润及产量
——Maximises up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

        尽可能最大化销售机会
——Assists the Assistant Director of Sales/Director of Sales in the forecasting of rooms revenue and ATR for Corporate /FIT /Meetings/Events groups.
        协助销售总监和销售副总监预测企业客户、散客、会议及宴会团队客户的客房利润及平均房价
——Attends related work functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.

——Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Sales or Director of Marketing to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. The Sales Manager reports to the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales on potential markets, which need coverage.

——Reviews direct competition and conducts regular research

——Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.

——Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.

——Maintains close communication with the Events Management Team in the negotiation process of their accounts
