PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for the overall repair of all spa departments and ensuring maximum efficiency, safety and uncompromising attention to Guest/Member service.
负责水疗部门总体区域的整洁，给客人/会员提供高效、安全及体贴的环境。
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1.  Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment.
     保持设备的整洁，如有异常须立即汇报。
2.  Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required.
     在需要的情况下，为水疗所有部门的营运提供协助。
3. Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times.
     确保设施设备卫生干净。
4.  Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner.
     保持更衣室处于整洁状态。
5.  Check, clean and stock lockers when needed.
     必要时要检查、清理更衣柜。
6.  Maintain toiletries in locker room vanities.
     保持更衣室的卫生间干净整洁。
7.  Maintain linen inventory to and from laundry on a scheduled basis.
     每日在规定的时间内运送布草到洗衣房，并从洗衣房领回干净的布草。
8.  Direct Members/Guests to appointments and assist them in every way possible.
     引导会员/客人做预约，尽可能给他们提供帮助。
9.  Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool etc.
     协助会员/客人使用桑拿、湿蒸、浴池等设备。
10. Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
     确保水疗所有的待客用品及卫生用品库存充足。
 
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
行政管理职责
1.  Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.
     遵循酒店营运程序标准工作手册的要求
2.  Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa facility.
     为水疗设施设备的正常营运提供充足的物品库存
3.  Maintain accurate records as required by hotel and government regulations.
     根据当地规定，保持准确的工作记录。
4.  Attend weekly/monthly facility operations departmental communications meeting.
     参加每周/月的设施设备营运部门沟通会议。
 
HEALTH AND SAFETY
健康和安全
1.  Follow and ensure that all Employees follow all safety procedures and practices.
     遵循并确保所有同事遵守所有的安全工作程序
2.  Adhere to facility operations departmental emergency procedures/safety manual.
     遵循前台部门应急工作程序/安全工作手册
3.  Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices of Raffle Spas.
     确保所有部门遵循莱佛士水疗工作安全的实施条例
 
COLLEAGUE RELATIONS

1.  Ensure operations department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel.
     确保营运部门与水疗及酒店所有部门保持积极的关系。
2.  Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the spa's policy relating to safety.
     完全理解并遵循酒店安全工作规定之政策。
3.  Well versed in all spa operations (cross-trained).
     通过交叉培训，熟知水疗营运工作内容
4.  Ensure Colleagues adhere to all spa standards as stated in the employee handbook.
     确保同事遵守员工手册的各项规定。
 
GUEST SERVICE
对客服务
1. Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
     确保设施设备在运作及清洁方面一直处于良好状态。
2.  Ensure Guest/Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa's first priority.
     在保证安全及服务的前提下，确保客人/会员满意度。
 
OTHER DUTIES

1.  Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

1.  Minimum 1 year experience in spa or hospitality industry.
    1年以上水疗行业或酒店行业工作经验
2.  Safety oriented First Aid.
     急救等安全培训
3.  CPR - Basic Rescuer.
     心脏复苏术
