Receive,record and transmit guest requests accurately
负责接收管理客人的特殊要求，准确的记录，及时的通知相关负责人后，向上级汇报
Inputaccurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies 
每天在电脑上输入正确房态并核对差异。
Maintainand update administrative data
每天对管家部各种报表进行整理和更新。
Maintainkey control and monitor lost property
负责部门钥匙的管理和客人遗留物品的管理。
Maintainworking area in a proper state of cleanliness 
负责工作区域的整洁。
Handleguest complaints, delegate immediately & report to Head Housekeeper
处理客人投诉，立即委托给负责人，并且向上级报告。
Comply withhotel’s health, safety and hygiene policies
