PURPOSE OF POSITION 职位目标

To manage the operations of the restaurants, including the development and performance management of employees. Oversee the financial aspects of the operations, optimizing profits while ensuring the highest level of service quality is provided to Hotel guests.

管理餐厅的运作,包括员工的发展和表现管理。监督运作的财务方面,在确保为酒店客人提供最高水平的服务质量的前提下获得最大收益。

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 关键角色和职责

· Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of restaurant managers and assistant managers while maintaining effective relationships

· 激励,培养,指导和监督餐厅经理和副经理的工作同时保持有效的关系

· Be present in day-to-day outlet operations to ensure standards are being followed

· 负责餐厅的日常运作确保标准的执行

· Adhere to company standards and service levels to increases sales and minimize costs, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs

· 遵循公司的标准和服务水平,提高销售额,降低成本,包括食品,酒水,物资,设施和人力成本

· Assist in the preparation of F&B Outlets’ budgets, forecasts and performance reports  

· 协助制定餐厅的预算,预测和业绩报表

· Analyze financial and operating information and prepares financial and business reports for senior F&B Management

· 分析财务和运作信息,提供财务和经营报表给餐饮部高层

· Review the various Operations Manuals and incorporate into training

· Supervise F&B employees, including work allocation, training, and problem resolution

· Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

· Ensure highest level of service in F&B Outlets by effectively responding to complaints

· Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and conducting performance reviews

· Prepare payroll and gratuity reports as required

· Attend monthly staff meetings to discuss P&L statements and other operational issues

· Establish guest database with preference records of regular guests

· Responsible for receiving business card collection and guest comments.

· Establish/review sales incentive programs on a periodic basis, rewarding high achievers

· Maintain and control inventory of outlet/restaurant equipment and ensure that inventory is kept clean and in good shape

· Assume regular responsibility for shift managerial duties, especially with VIP functions

· Consistently look for improvements in F&B outlets to stay on top of competitors

· Ensure hygiene standards and relevant health and safety regulations are adhered to

· Manage organization and cleanliness of departmental areas by conducting weekly walk through with Hygiene Manager, Housekeeping and Engineering Department

· Regularly inspect food & beverage quality

· Constantly monitor the staff's appearance, attitude and degree of professionalism

· Manage daily restaurant operations: staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, quality product, etc.

· 管理餐厅的日常运作:人员,工作计划,维修,清洁,组织,服务时间,产品质量等等

· Maintain opening, running and closing duties for department.

· 保持部门开始营业,营业中和结束营业的职责

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 个人品质

· Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English

· 优秀的英语听,说,读,写能力

· Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service

· 在餐饮服务方面经验丰富

· Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times  

· 始终保持良好和专业的个人形象

· Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills

· 优秀的领导者和培训者,激励能力和团队合作技巧

· Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse staff

· 注重细节,良好的人际交往能力,能够管理不同的员工

· Possess a high degree of professionalism, sound human resources management capabilities, business acumen, energy and determination

· 具有高度的专业精神,适当的人力资源管理能力,具有商业头脑,活力和决心

· Proven organizational skills, able to set and meet deadlines with quality results

· 行之有效的组织能力,能够在规定期限内高质量地完成工作

· Able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems

· 能够控制压力,协调各种活动,提供适当的方法解决餐厅问题

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格

· Degree in Hotel Management or its equivalent

· 酒店管理专业毕业或同等学历

 

EXPERIENCE 工作经验

· Minimum 5 years Hotel experience preferably in 5-star hotel environment

· 5年以上酒店工作经验最好是五星级酒店
