岗位职责
1.通过实施恰当的餐饮运作和管理的计划和组织来协助管理餐厅的运作，保证最大限度的客人满意度和遵守一贯的标准。
2.监督所有已点食品和酒水的质量。
3.根据餐厅经理/副经理的安排完成培训任务并为员工进行培训。
4.能够准确地报账，保证现金的有效，高效利用，遵循既定的和恰当的会计程序。
 
任职要求
1.至少2-3年酒店工作经验，至少一年五星级奢华酒店工作经验。
2.餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。
3.优秀的英语听，说，读，写能力。
4.始终保持良好和专业的形象。
5.良好的沟通技能。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.To assist management in running the outlet ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adherence to consistent standards, through proper planning and organization of F&B operation and administration.
2.Monitor quality of food and beverage products in every order.
3.Perform trainer tasks and conduct training for all staff as assigned by Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager.
4.Able to account and handle cash effectively, efficiently, with integrity and follow established and proper Accounting procedures.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Minimum 2 - 3 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a 5 star luxury operation environment.
2.Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.
3.Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
4.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
5.Good communication skills.
