KEYROLES&RESPONSIBILITIES主要任务和岗位职责

Overall control inventory management of hotel property including addressOE&FFE, andsupport the cost department of part of the report, accounting and hotel warehouse work总体控制盘点管理酒店财产包括低值易耗品，固定资产，同时支持成本部的部分报表，核算以及酒店库房的工作
Organize HOE/FFE inventory on a regular basis, assist asset managers of all departments to do asset inventory, and report any abnormality in time
定期组织HOE/FFE盘点工作，协助各部门资产管理员做好资产清查盘点工作，如有异常
需及时汇报
Supervise all departments of the hotel in strict accordance with the hotel assetmanagement system for asset transfer, loss reporting, replacement, subscription to getthe appropriate approval
监督酒店各部门严格按照酒店资产管理制度进行资产转移，报损，更换，申购是否得到相应的批准
Supervise and handle the transfer of assets of hotel staff due to transfer or withdrawal of assets liability
监督及办理由于调出、离退的有关资产责任的酒店工作人员的资产交接工作
Responsible for the collection, sorting and management of hotel asset files, set up thefixed assets ledger
负责酒店资产档案的收集，整理和管理工作，设立固定资产台账
Ensure Store receiving procedures are in accordance to established policies & procedures
确保仓库收货程序和己有政策程序相符
Ensure an updated Bin card system in the store
确保在仓库更新库存记录卡
Maintain an accurate record of all Store items and a proper filing system
保存所有仓库项目和档案系统的准确存档
Ensure proper issuance of stocks on a first-in first-out basis
按照仓库管理先进先出法确保货物合理分配
Replenish store items on a timely basis and ensure there is sufficient stock on hand
及时补充存货，确保存有足够货物
Assist the Cost Controller in identifying slow moving stock and managing
辅助成本控制经理确认滞销品及管理
Assist the Cost Controller in reporting the level of all store items, in maintaining asuitable par and to review the par level from time to time
