JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the GM, and carry out tasks and requests as instructed.
Handle confidential matters suitably.
Manage the GM’s diary to co-ordinate meetings/appointments, and to ensure smooth running of such meetings.
Screen/handle telephone calls, appointments and mails (electronic and manual).
Assist to welcome VIP guests and build good relationship with guests.
Primarily responsible for organizing work, following up, tracing on pending matters/projects.
 
 QUALIFICATIONS
College education, hotel or business administration degree and certified course in administrative management preferred.
Fluent in English and Mandarin language; ability to speak, write and present clearly and effectively.
Strong computer skills and word processing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

不透露任何保密工作内容。
管理酒店总经理的日常安排，协调会议并确保会议顺利进行。
处理日常来电及约见、邮件。
协助接待VIP客人，并与客人建立良好关系。
主要负责组织工作，跟进，跟踪待跟进工作/项目。
 
任职要求
大学学历，酒店和商务管理学位，行政管理课程认证者优先。
流利的英文和中文对话、写作水平，表达清晰。
精通电脑及文字处理。
优秀的人际沟通能力。
