KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
• In charge of the hotel device in safety and normal operation mode, andthe intact of      the equipment.
负责工程部管辖下的所有设备的安全运行及大楼内外设施的完好。
• Timingpatrol and inspect、control、take note of the equipment, clearly report the equipmentmode, and write down the report.
定时巡查、控制和记录设备运行参数，及时真实反映设备动态，并作好当值记录。
•  To arrange、check up、guideand urge the junior staff work.
安排、检查、指导和督促下属员工工作。
•  Work hard tofinish all the work ordains. In charge of calculates the work order, andclearly reports the circumstance of work order.
努力完成所有工单。负责统计工单，真实反映工单处理情况。
•To encourage staff to work hard, and do thejudgement well.
鼓励员工积极工作，作好对下属员工的评估。
•Toapply the security and fire-protection measure.
落实施工安全和消防措施。
•To apply the rule ofthe Hotel and department. Truly report the applyment of the      senior staff. Punish the violate staff.  
执行酒店和部门的规章制度。如实反映下属员工执行情况。有权对违纪员工进行处分。
• To help the departmenthead select and training staff.
协助部门主管挑选和培训员工。
• To assist lay downassociate duty roster.
协助部门编制每月员工当值表。
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES 个人品质
• Master his major engineering system and the technicalskill of mechanical and plumb.
精通工程技能类别中的机械、管道、厨房设备三项系统功能的操作、维护及保养。
•  Familiar with the safety operation measures and hotelengineering existing operation standard.
熟知机电设施作业的安全措施和酒店工程部既定操作标准。
•  Ability to workindependently with good interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS 职位要求
•  Above technical school, or equivalent education.
中专以上或同等学历。
EXPERIENCE 经验
•  Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality industry, and two years the same position experience.
至少5年酒店相关工作经验，且具有二年相同职位经验。
