PURPOSE OF POSITION

To oversee and direct all aspects of Housekeeping
operations including guest rooms, public areas, laundry and other specified

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in monitoring Housekeeping
personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and

Assist in overseeing laundry operations协助监督洗衣房的运作。
·
Schedule with Executive Housekeeper
routine quality control inspections of all Housekeeping areas.与行政管家制定日常质量控制检查所有管家部区域的时间表。

Inspect guest and public areas on a regular
basis to ensure that furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and in
good condition; make recommendations to Executive Housekeeper

Assist in managing spring cleaning schedules.协助管理大清时间表。

Maintain open channels of communication
with other department heads and General Manager and Executive Assistant Manager.保持与其他部门经理、行政助理经理和总经理的良好沟通。

Establish and maintain productive team relations
and work with Human Resources to ensure that team members’ performance is

Assist in maintaining appropriate
standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, and conduct of Housekeeping

Conduct regular department meetings in
absence of Executive Housekeeper.行政管家不在期间,定期召开部门例会。
·
Identify and ensure highest possible
standards of cleanliness, maintenance, guest room supplies and amenities at a

Supervise outside contractors to ensure
contractual compliance.监督外部承包商确保合同合规。
·
Assist the control of Housekeeping
procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such
as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures and

Implement assigned tasks during
emergencies such as fires, power failures and flooding.在紧急情况期间实施分配任务比如火灾、断电和洪水。

Act within budget limits and contacts
superior in case of any outstanding and/or unforeseen costs effecting hotel

Assist Executive Housekeeper in
the preparation and management of the department’s budget.协助行政管家准备和管理部门的预算。
