Ensure the whole F&B
Department and Heartist
offer a outstanding service to the guests. Provide a strong communication link
between Outlet Managers and the Director of F&B.

确保餐饮部所有心艺家给客人提供优质的服务。在餐饮部总监及餐厅经理中提供良好的沟通桥梁作用。

    Ensure that services are
carried out in accordance with standards.

确保心艺家根据标准给客人提供服务。

    Ensure all the Heartist carried out the tasks
according to the S&P.

确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。

    Focus on customer service
and associate development needs in all outlets.

主要注意力集中在客人服务及心艺家发展中。

    Supervises the quality
of service in all outlets during meal periods.

控制所有餐厅用餐期间的服务质量。

    Recruitment, training,
development and rostering of Heartist.

招聘、培训、发展和管理心艺家。

    Provide training support
to all outlet managers.

给各餐厅经理提供培训报告。

    Ensure all the Heartist carry out the task
according to the Standard & Procedure.

确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。

    Assist Director of
F&B in developing, updating Standard & Procedure.

协助餐饮总监对标准和程序进行及时更新。

    Co-ordinate with banquet
sales.

同宴会销售保持紧密合作。

    Keep good relationships
with conference organizers.

同会议组织者保持良好沟通。

    Develop Standards &
Procedures, in keeping with the hotel policies and procedures.

按照饭店的标准程序制定服务标准及规则。

    Ensure all the staff
carry out the tasks according to the Standard & Procedure.

确保心艺家按照标准与程序完成任务。

    Complies with the hotel
specific, guidelines of Raffles Guests Voice Index. The
incumbent will initiate systems and procedures to meet and exceed guest’s
expectations.

遵守饭店的规章制度及莱佛士令客人满意计划,推广相关系统的程序知识以尽可能的超越客人期望。

    Monitor standards of
guest facilities and services.

监督客用设施和对客服务的标准。

    Control stock and
monitor stock security procedures.

控制存货并监督存货安全程序。

    Ensure that all Checks
are posted accurately to the appropriate codes and departments.

确保所有帐单输入、打印正确。

    Supervise Purchasing
& Stock control.

监督采购及存货控制。

    Training, development
and rostering of staff.

培训、发展和管理心艺家。

    Determine and plan for
future staffing needs.

明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划。

    Total knowledge &
understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure.

了解并熟知所有食品准备的标准和程序。

    Good command of beverage
knowledge and implement beverage service skill.

熟悉酒水知识和酒水服务知识。

    Responsible for guest
and staff satisfaction in the outlet.

加强、提高服务水准以超出规定的服务要求。

    Ensure guest needs and
reasonable requests are met.

确保客人的需求和合理的要求被满足。

    Attend and conduct
departmental, and Interdepartmental meetings, and conductting daily pre meal
meeting with Dinning Room Heartist to keep them informed of updates, new directions, policies and
procedures and daily menu items

准时出席各种会议、组织召开餐前会议,传达信息。

    Maintain and Implement
Effective Interpersonal Skills.

维持和实施有效的人际交流技巧。

    Work effectively in a
team.

    Ensure a daily logbook
for the outlet is maintained with information as to covers, revenues, special
events, quest praise and complaints and other notes happenings. The logbook is left
every night for Director F&B information & signature.

确保在餐厅的每日工作日志中记录下餐具情况,收入和利润,特殊事件,客人表扬和投诉及其它需记录下的事件。工作日志每天工作结束前需交给餐饮总监过目和签字。
