Keep in contact and negotiate with suppliers, verify and authorize the purchase requisitions and purchase orders as required taking into consideration the economy and quality used is in accordance to Hotel standards. Liaise with and advise other departments on the status of purchasing, time of delivery and maintain full and up-date information of store inventory.
Primary Responsibilities：
Perform proper purchasing procedure in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures.
Perform the assignment by purchasing manager.
Ensure most economical purchase of goods and services for the hotel ensure that purchasing is committed on most competitive terms.
Keep close contact with the suppliers for obtaining updated and relevant market information and report to purchasing manager.
Ensure to maintain efficient purchasing services to all user departments that meet their requirements.
Promote positive inter-departmental communications and co-operator.
Responsible for distribute the Market list to suppliers.
Perform common duties as may be assigned by management.
Knowledge and Experience：
College degree or above.2 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotelsFluent oral and written English.With capability of communication and coordinationMust be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word with MC保持与供应商的联系与交涉，对申购单进行比较及批准，严格按照优质、经济的原则及酒店使用标准采购用品。建议并及时通知其他部门所申购物品情况，监督货物到达时间，及能满足营运要求的库存。岗位职责：根据酒店政策和程序进行正确的采购流程。服从采购部经理的工作安排，完成指派的工作。确保采购物品的价格及服务是最有竞争力的。随时关注市场价格变化，及时更新信息并向采购部经理汇报。确保达到对各部门所申请采购物品的要求并提供高效的服务。促进部门内部及与其他部门的合作。每天负责分发每日采购单给供应商。履行由管理层指定的应尽职责。岗位需求：大专或以上学历两年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验有良好的英语能力有较强的沟通协调和管理能力能熟练操作Excel 和 Word与MC
