Checking online labor contract and salary
information system, updating talents labor contracts (new talents. renew contract
talents) / service contracts (retirees, extension of expired-contract talents)
/ trainee agreements (agreement with school, agreement with trainee).负责在线劳动合同及薪酬信息系统的核查,及时更新以下人员合同:
劳动合同(新入职员工/续签员工)
劳务协议(退休返聘人员/超龄续聘人员)
实习协议(院校合作协议/实习生个人协议)

Handling insurance procedures of
dimissory talents.负责办理离职员工的社保/公积金停缴及转移手续
·
Handling extraction and transfer
procedures of housing fund.负责办理住房公积金提取及转移手续
·
The first week of each month, copying
payment details of 5 insurances and housing fund, and applying for social
insurances payment.每月首周完成以下社保公积金操作:汇总并备份五险一金缴费明细,向社保/公积金中心提交月度缴费申报

Handling insurances of new and dimissory
talents, terminating labor contract.负责新入职及离职员工的社保办理与劳动合同解除手续
·
Inform new talent to handle social
Insurance card.指导新员工办理社会保障卡
·
Transacting procedures for retired
talents.办理退休员工相关手续
·
Handle Government Insurances Annual
Check and Labor Annual Check etc.负责政府年度审查工作,包括:社会保险年检(五险一金专项审查)劳动用工年检(劳动合同/工时/薪酬合规性审查) 其他相关行政检查

Deal with Talent Work Injury cases.负责员工工伤案件处理
·
Talent service: personal file transfer
& communication with labor office or other relevant Talent & Culture
Centres.员工服务:人事档案转移及对外沟通负责员工人事档案调转手续对接劳动行政部门及相关人才服务中心

Follow up employment contract review劳动合同审核跟进与管理
·
Prepare employment contract for renewal.负责劳动合同续签准备工作
·
Prepare feedback letter for non-renewal
of employment contracts.负责劳动合同不续签通知书的拟定与发放

Assist in the routine function of
Personnel Administration, talent time recording, as well as talent services and
talent activities.协助开展人力资源日常管理工作,包括:员工考勤管理(出勤记录、休假统计等)员工服务与活动组织(入离职手续、员工关怀活动等)

Update PICC employer liability insurance
list.负责更新雇主责任险(PICC)参保人员名单

Assist Talent & Culture Manager to
monitor talent relations and motivation program in the hotel.协助人才与文化经理开展以下工作:员工关系监测(沟通、矛盾调解、满意度调研) 员工激励计划实施(包含但不限于):

To complete the annual working hours
system approval.负责完成酒店年度综合工时制申报审批工作

To improve the work performance and
carry on assignment as well as develop better service for the hotel and
talents.持续优化工作效能,高效执行任务,并为酒店及员工提供更优质的服务

Perform other function as assigned.完成上级交办的其他工作任务

Review personnel policies, procedures
and practice. Recommend changes, modification or up-dated information to the
Talent & Culture Manager.负责审核人事政策、流程及实施情况,并向人才与文化经理提出优化建议

Assist Talent & Culture Manager to
interact with individuals outside the hotel including but not limited to,
talent benefit representatives, applicants, government officials and members of
the local community.协助人才与文化经理开展外部对接工作,包括但不限于:福利供应商(商业保险/体检机构等)求职者(校园招聘/社会招聘候选人)政府机构(人社局/旅游局/外专局等)社区代表(街道办/业委会/公益组织)

Coordinate functions and activities with
other departments.协调与其他部门的职能对接及活动配合

Ensure that all potential and real
Hazards are reported immediately and rectified.确保所有潜在及现存安全隐患被及时上报并整改

Be fully conversant with all
departmental Fire, Emergency procedures.熟练掌握各部门消防及应急预案

Ensure that all emergency procedures are
rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of
guests and talents.确保所有应急预案的演练、执行与落实,保障宾客及员工安全

Ensure the safety of the persons and the
property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by
strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.严格遵循法律法规及酒店制度,保障酒店内人员及财产安全

Ensure confidentiality and secure
storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and
