PURPOSE OF POSITIONA

To assist in overseeing and directing the day-to-dayoperations of the Housekeeping Department as well as in the forward planning ofthe department.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisorypersonnel
负责对管理员与员工的工作分配。
Work collaboratively with peer departments.
与其他部门紧密合作
Fulfill requests from other departments on time. (plan well,commence timely, provide full and accurate information only)
帮助其他部门及时达成工作要求（提前计划、及时开展并确保提供完整正确的信息）
Offer man power support if needed.
如有需要，提供人员支持
Inspect all public areas and restaurants on a regular basisto ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition
定期检查所有公共区域和餐厅，以确保家具，设施和设备是清洁和良好的状态。
Appraise appearance, discipline and efficiency of all staffunder direct supervision and initiate immediate remedial action if necessary
监督，检查部门所有员工的仪容仪表，纪律和工作效率，如果发现违规情况应立即纠正。
Maintain a steady flow of communication within theHousekeeping Department

Monitor and ensure consumption of guest supplies is undercontrol
监督客用品的使用，确保所有用品的消耗是在控制下的。
Supervise and monitor the use of all guest supplies,cleaning chemicals, machines and equipment. Follow up on contractors with the maintenance.
管理和监督所有客用品、清洁剂、机器和设备的使用情况，与供应商跟进维护保养事宜。
Coordinate routine cleaning programs including springcleans, etc.
根据季节，天气等情况协调日常的清洁计划，
Supervise and monitor the use of all guest supplies,cleaning chemicals, machines and equipment. Follow up on contractors with the maintenance.
管理和监督所有客用品、清洁剂、机器和设备的使用情况，与供应商跟进维护保养事宜。
Supervise and schedule inventories for store and suppliesitems.
管理及计划库存及盘点。
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in establishing andmaintaining pest control, landscape schedules for all areas in the hotel.  
协助行政管家建立及保持酒店区域的虫害控制及植物维护计划。
Maintain consistent quality of plants and flowers for publicareas according to hotel’s requirements.
根据酒店的需求保持公区植物及鲜花的始终如一的高品质。
Maintain regular spring cleaning schedules.
保持定期的清洁计划。
Responsible for communicating and liaising with contractservice provider.
负责与合约公司联络。
Assess work operations and prepare plans to implement changewhen required.
评估工作表现，并在必要时制定调整计划。
