职位描述

PURPOSE OF POSITION  职位目的

To ensure accurate and complete accountability of all cash collections in the hotel, including foreign currencies and Petty cash payments.

确保所有酒店现金收入准确完整,包括外币和零钱付款

 

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 主要任务和岗位职责:

·Collect and check daily remittances in the presence of a witness

每日在监督下纳入、检查汇款

·Ensure sufficient change for all cashiers

确保所有出纳有足够零钱

·Update foreign exchange rate as and when required (weekly update every Wednesday) 按要求更新外币兑换汇率(每周周三更新)

·Make bank deposits as and when required (minimum 3 times a week) 

按要求做银行存款(最少一周3次)

·Prepare General Cashier Daily Report

准备总出纳每日报告

·Reimburse Front Office cashiers for disbursement made 

补足前台出纳营业支出

·Make petty cash payments every Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2.00pm – 3.00pm

每周二和周四下午2点到3点做零用现金付款

·Balance cash fund daily

每日平衡现金基础

·Conduct surprise float count on all cashier holding floats, including non-operation ‘cashiers’ like HR, and Security 

管理所有出纳流动备用金,包括非工作“出纳”如人力资源部和保安部

·Maintain over and short records for each cashier and show evidence of review by Financial Controller/Assistant Financial Controller

为每个出纳保持短期或长期观测记录,出示财务总监或财务副总监的审查证据

·Update all cashiers float record on a monthly basis

 以月为单位更新所有出纳流动金记录

·Keep track of casual labour, valet dockets, official receipt book, movement records

·Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management

·Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent

·Min. LCCI higher

EXPERIENCE 工作经验

·Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting with at least 1 year in a similar capacity 最少1-2年会计学工作经验,最少1年相似工作岗位工作经验
