To answer and respond effectively to all enquiries onHotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond to enquiries about hotel productsand services by telephone, fax, email etc.
· 用电话,传真及邮件等回答所有关于酒店产品,服务的问询
· Determine guest needs and quote theappropriate room and rate as per requirements
· 根据需求给客人报适合的房间和价格
· Accurate input of booking informationinto the OPERA Reservation System
· 正确把预订信息输入预订系统(OPERA)
· Arrange accommodation, visas andactivities for leisure, corporate & wholesaler’s guests
· 为休闲客人,公司及旅行商的客人安排住宿,签证及活动.
· Has an understanding of Groups –including cut-off dates, blocking and booking policies
· 对团队的CUT-OFF 日期,预订政策要了解
· Sell the Raffles Group products andservices using up-selling techniques
· 用追加销售的方式销售酒店产品和服务
· Understand Revenue managementstrategies, sell levels and sell directed rates and apply these methods as peravailable hotelInventory
· 理解收益管理策略,销售水平和酒店可用房的定向
· Has full knowledge of hotel facilitiesand services to promote its products and services
· 完全了解酒店设施和服务以便销售给客人
· Process amendments to reservationssuch as extensions, early departures, etc.

· Record special billing arrangementsfor groups and conventions
· 记录团队特殊帐户信息
· Coordinate and communicate with allother departments to ensure a smooth operation

· Maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/ promotions

· Type a variety of documents such asletters, memos and minutes

· File and organize a variety ofdocuments and maintain stationery and office supplies

· Prepare monthly staff attendancereport for Payroll Clerk

· Perform duties and responsibilities ina confidential manner when applicable

· Adhere to the hotel’s occupational,health and safety policies

· Log security incidents and accidentsin accordance with hotel requirements

· Report any equipment failures/problems& repair requests to Maintenance Department

· To participate in anytraining/development programs as recommended by supervisor
