PURPOSE OFPOSITION

Responsiblefor the overall operations and Guest satisfaction of the spa fitness areas,ensuring the highest level of professionalism in service to all Guests/Membersthrough maximum efficiency, safety, and uncompromisingattention to detail and Guest care.
负责水疗健身房整体的运作及客户满意度，通过提供高效、安全和出色的、无微不至的服务方式，确保我们给客人/会员提供最高级别的专业服务。
 
 
KEY ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责及责任
l  Maintain thorough knowledgeof all spa-fitness services, protocols and         procedures.
    完全理解并运用水疗健身房的服务，礼仪和程序
l  Maintain cleanliness of alltypes of equipment, common areas, and service areas.
    保持所有健身器材，公共区域和客用区域的卫生清洁工作
l  Bus and stock all servicearea items including towels, water, ice, beverages,  magazines, newspapers, clean headsets.
清洁并存放好所有服务区域物品包括毛巾、水、冰块、饮料、杂志、报纸、清洁耳    机
l  Maintain smooth operationof all equipment through periodic service checks, lubing and reporting workorders promptly.
    保持所有设备正常有序的使用，定期检查并相对应的填写维修单
l  Maintain thorough knowledgeof all strength and cardio equipment and their programs as well as the properuse, alignment, safety and contraindications.
    了解所有的力量练习设备和有氧设备及它们的使用方法，安全规定和禁忌。
l  Maintain current CPR, FirstAid certifications.
    拥有当前有效的心脏复苏术以及急救证书
l  Maintain professionalcertifications while continually pursuing a greater degree of knowledge andexpertise through self-study, in-services offered, program development andother continuing education efforts.
拥有专业资格证书，并通过自学、对客服务、项目发展和其它努力不断提高自己专                 业技能的方式，丰富自己的专业知识。
l  Administer health history,questionnaires, fitness-wellness evaluations as set forth by ProgramsAdministrator.
    根据管理程序要求，管理健身记录，问卷调查，健身评估等事宜
l  Lead fitness exercisesessions, personal training sessions, group training experiences, in –serviceeducation sessions.
    负责健身项目课程、私人教练课程、团队培训体验及顾客服务课程
l  Appointment setting andscheduling of personal appointments as well as appointments for Team Members.
    能够完成预订并安排个人预约和团队成员预约
l  Safeguard all Clients,Guests, Members, Colleagues and Team Members throughout each experience, whileupholding the philosophy of the spa fitness center.
每次健身体验都要确保所有客户、客人、会员、同事和团队成员的安全，同时也要       坚持贯彻水疗健身中心的理念
 
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
管理职责
l  Maintain accurate recordsof all personal training clients, classes taught, coaching sessions and otherprofessional services provided.
所有的私人培训课程，授课，教练指导课程和其它所提供专业服务需要精确记录存档
l  Maintain current trackingrecords of all clients, with a special emphasis on proper procedure andprotocol.
    保存当前所有客户的跟踪记录，了解客人在服务上的特殊爱好和习惯
l  Timely written reports ofall incidents, work orders, safety and first aid occurrences.
    及时填写所有的事故报告、维修单、安全和急救事故
l  Attend weekly/monthlyfacility team and departmental communications meetings.
    积极参加每周/每月的部门沟通会议
l  Adhere to Standard OperatingProcedures Manual.
    遵循酒店营运程序标准工作手册的要求

l  Ensure Colleagues have acomplete understanding of and adhere to the spa-fitness center’s policyrelating to safety.

l  Ensure that Colleagues arewell versed in all spa-fitness center operations (cross-trained).

l  Ensure all Colleaguesadhere to spa-fitness standards as stated in the employee handbook.

GUEST SERVICE

l  Ensure the spa-fitnessfacility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).
    确保水疗健身房的设施设备处于时刻准备的状态（运作和清洁）
l  Ensure Guest/Membersatisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spafitness center’s first priority.
    确保客人/会员时刻满意，安全和服务是水疗健身房的第一优先原则

PERSONALATTRIBUTES
个人特质
l  Personal trainercertification through a nationally recognized certifying agency/organization(NSCA, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA).
全国认证的由专业组织颁发的私人健身教练证书（NSCA, ACSM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA等）
l  Minimum of 1 yearexperience in fitness-wellness fields.
    具备1年以上在健身领域的工作经验
l  Experience instructing andleading exercise in an adult fitness setting, using proper form and spottingtechniques.
    具备使用成人健身器材、正确使用表格、检查健身器材的工作经验
l  Experience in administeringPAR-Q (or equivalent), health risk and history, fitness assessments and guestconsultation.
    具备管理问卷（或同等资料）、健身风险和记录、健身评估和客人咨询的工作经验
l  Multi-talented individualwith experience in group class instruction of: movement arts, Pilates,mat sciences, cardio-boxing, flexibility, agility, Tai Chi, meditation,nutrition, lifestyle coaching, etc.
具备多种健身技能可以指导团队授课：自由伸展运作、普拉提、运动垫、有氧拳击、太极、冥想、营养学、生活方式等等
l  Interest and ability torelate to people with diverse backgrounds.
    喜欢并能够与不同文化背景的顾客沟通交流
l  Be willing and able to worka variety of shifts, days, times as needed.
    愿意并能够承受工作所需要的不同班次、上班时间等
l  Interest and experience ina lifestyle wellness philosophy that incorporates the balanced basics of food,water, rest and activity.
