PURPOSE OF POSITION

职位目的

 

Able to manage pool safety procedures without guidance. Ensure the beach Pool area is clean and hazard free for the safety of guests. Be courteous to all guests and assist with questions or concerns. Must be CPR certified or have their Lifeguard certification.

在无人监督的情况下,主动负责管理泳池的安全程序;保证给客人提供整洁安全的沙滩泳池区域;礼貌待客,积极主动给客人提供帮助;必须拥有急救证书或相关救生证书。

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

工作职责

 

  • Signing in and checking the log book. Read necessary information updated

  • 检查交接本,了解相关更新的信息

  • Check pool water and keep chemistry log for pool

  • 检查泳池水质并做相关水质登记

  • Provide customer service to guests using pool

  • 给使用泳池的客人提供服务

  • Work constructively with other members of the team

  • 与团队其他同事团结合作

  • Maintain awareness of potential hazardous events while creating a warm and welcoming environment

  • 对客人表示热情和欢迎的同时,对具有潜在危险性的活动要保持高度警觉性

  • Create an accident report when necessary

  • 必要情况下记录事故报告

  • Receive training and vacuum the pool bottom per schedule given by the manager

  • 接受培训,根据安排清理泳池底部

  • Skim insects and other debris from pool surface throughout the day as needed

  • 根据要求每日清理泳池表面的昆虫和其它杂物

  • Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety.

  • 为保证安全,要一直注意观察和引导游泳者

  • Enforces the rules of conduct uniformly. Is aware and follows pool code of conduct

  • Log in all lost and found items

  • 登记失物招领项目

  • Assists in organizing pool activities and team-building activities when required

  • 必要情况下,协助组织泳池活动和团队建设活动

  • ensure rescue tube and ring buoy on the lifeguard chair in the morning and at the end of the day return to the lifeguard store room

  • 确保早上救生员的椅子上有营救管和环型浮标,晚上要把这些东西归还到救生员的仓库

  • Attends all line-ups, meetings and training sessions as directed by supervisors

  • Be professional at all times, follow the pool code of conduct and report to work on time

  • Switching shifts guard must observe department rules of etiquette

  • Providing for and/or coordinating any search and rescue efforts.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Effective coverage of lift guard.

  • 能高效处理救生工作

  • Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures Manual.

  • 遵循酒店营运程序标准工作手册的要求

  • Maintain accurate records as required by provincial regulations.

  • 根据当地规定,保持准确的工作记录。

  • Attend weekly/monthly lift guard departmental communication meetings.

  • 参加每周/月救生部门沟通例会

  • Follow and ensure that all Colleagues follow all safety procedures and practices.

  • Adherence to lift guard department emergency procedures/safety manual.

  • Ensure all departments adhere to all safety practices of Raffles Spas.

    FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the pool in peak condition at all times, while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget, including payroll

  • 在酒店规定的预算范围内(包括工资),保持泳池状态良好

     

    COLLEAGUE RELATIONS

    同事关系

  • Ensure lift guard department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel

  • 确保救生员与水疗及酒店所有部门保持积极的关系

  • Ensure Colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the spa's policy relating to safety

  • 确保同事完全理解并遵循酒店安全工作规定之政策

  • Ensure all Colleagues adhere to all spa standards as stated in the employee handbook.

  • 确保所有员工遵守员工手册的各项规定

     

    GUEST SERVICE

    对客服务

  • Ensure the facility is in peak condition at all times (operations and cleanliness).

  • 确保设施设备在运作及清洁方面一直处于良好状态

  • Ensure Guest/Member satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the spa's first priority.

  • 在保证安全及服务的前提下,确保客人/会员满意度

  • Two years experience in similar position in hospitality industry.

  • 两年以上酒店业相关经验

  • Safety oriented First Aid.

  • 急救等安全培训

  • CPR - Basic Rescuer.

  • 心脏复苏术
