PURPOSE OF POSITION
职位目的
Perform all aesthetic services (Facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures) in a safe and professional manner to Guests. Train and supervise all aestheticians in latest trends, and Guest service protocol. Provide uncompromising attention to Guest/Member service.
为客人提供所有安全、专业的美容服务(面护、脱毛、手部美甲、足部美甲),培训指导所有美容师最新的手法和标准的对客服务礼仪,保证向客人提供全心全意的服务。
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform facials on Guests using safe and professional techniques.

Perform body-waxing services in a safe, comfortable and hygienic manner.

Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.

Assist in any and all ways in the beauty salon when not scheduled to perform facials or body waxing. This assistance is to include acting as Salon Receptionist, performing manicure services, selling and restocking professional retail skin care and hair care products.

Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed and any revisions in the skin care products or procedures used.

Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service.

Co-ordination of aesthetic services with other spa programs.

Ensure current trends in aesthetic industry are reviewed.
确保了解目前最新的美容行业趋势
Serve as catalyst to promote spa services to Members and hotel Guests.
向会员和酒店顾客积极推荐水疗项目
Maintain current professional licenses.

Report dysfunctional equipment to Spa Manager.

Work with the Spa Director in the formulation of plans for projects and in other areas.

Well versed in all aspects of the Spa's operations, i.e. business telephone, Guest relations, retail sales, spa services (massage, loofah, facial, etc.).

Supervise all aesthetic operations.

Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, services offered, pricing.

Conduct Colleague in-services on any accepted techniques or programs and demonstrate the proper use of equipment and products.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

Effective scheduling of all Aestheticians.

Maintain accurate records as required by hotel and government regulations.

Conduct weekly/monthly aesthetic departmental communication meeting and represent aestheticians in weekly Spa departmental meetings.

Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all facials and waxing services including skin care products, cotton, distilled water, warm wax, waxing sticks, bowls, towels, sheets, blankets, plastic bags, and face cloths, etc.
确保库房中有充足的面部及脱毛护理等产品,包括护肤产品、化妆棉、精华水、热蜡、脱毛棒、碗具、毛巾、床单、毛毯、塑料袋及洁面巾等等

Maintain the facility in peak condition at all times, while adhering to all aspects of the operations budget, including payroll.

Ensure aesthetic department maintains a positive relationship with all departments in the spa and hotel.

Responsible for all aspects of Aestheticians, i.e. hiring, recognition, progressive corrective action,etc.

Ensure Colleagues have a complete understanding of and adhere to the spa’s policy relating to safety.

Ensure cross training of all Colleagues in aesthetic department and facilitate training of other spa departments.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
个人特质
Minimum of 5 years experience in aesthetics, two years in a supervisory capacity.
至少5年的美容工作经验,2年的管理经验
Recognised certification in aesthetics.
有效的美容证书
Trained Nail Technician.
接受过有关美甲方面的培训
Safety oriented First Aid.
