To ensurethe smooth conduct of the shift through customer-focused service delivery andeffective staff supervision. To assist management in running the outlet ensuringmaximum guest satisfaction and adherence to consistent standards, through properplanning and organization of F&B operation and administration.

KEY ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES关键角色和职责
· Superviseand oversee the operation/section to maintain service standards

· Checkon employees’ discipline, grooming standards and punctuality
· 检查员工的纪律,仪容仪表和考勤
· Checkon guests’ satisfaction levels and properly handle feedback and follow-up
· 检查客人满意度,恰当地处理反馈意见并跟进
· Performopening and closing duties as assigned
· 按照规定完成开始和结束营业的职责
· Assistthe Assistant Manager in conducting daily shift briefingsto update and disseminate relevant information to restaurant employees
· 协助副经理进行日常班次例会,更新并传达相关信息给餐厅员工
· Assistin employees’ development, counseling and resolving staff conflict
· 帮助员工发展,协调并解决员工冲突
· Reportany complaints, incidents or any other irregularities to Management
· 将投诉事件或者其他任何不正当行为汇报给管理层
· Ensurethat operating equipment is maintained and service and storage areas are keptsafe and clean
· 确保设备的维修,服务和仓库区域保持安全和整洁
· Helpminimize waste, neglect, breakages and mishandling of supplies and equipments

· Carryout light cleaning and maintenance of the pantry area

· Monitorquality of food and beverage products in every order

· Toensure that guests receive the attention and service they require
· Performtrainer tasks and conduct training for all staff as assigned by RestaurantManager / Assistant Manager

· Tomotivate, coach and project a positive attitude at all times

· Helpmanage employees’ performance appraisals and performance logs

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格
· HotelRestaurant Management graduate

EXPERIENCE工作经验
· Minimum 2 - 3 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a 5 starluxury operation environment
· 至少2-3年酒店工作经验,至少一年五星级奢华酒店工作经验
