岗位职责

准备并填写迷你吧每日物品消耗表，并检查以及汇总在月底时提交财务部。
对迷你吧的物品进行月度盘点以及盘点即将提前三个月要过期的酒水发送相关部门。
提前下订单领取迷你吧所需物品，防止酒水过期。
确保所发放的物品与每日销售报告中的实际消耗的物品一致。
能够及时完成所分配的任务。
负责盘点每月的OSE以及提前申购OSE以防止房间物品丢失。
每天登记实际丢失和破损的OSE，月底统一汇总以及报损。
发楼层的客用品。
每月盘点一次性客用品，汇总在月底提交财务部登记，记录即将要过期的物品，提前在三个月前消耗掉以及处理掉。
做到不浪费资源，控制好下单的数量，严防严管好仓库。
提前申购一次性客用品防止房间缺货。
做到其它不想关人员不得随意进仓库。
做好每天数据记录，分析每月的成本，发现问题及时上报。

岗位要求

具有中专以上学历，有酒店相关工作经验优先考虑。
在任何时候都要做到最好的自我展现和专业的打扮。
熟练使用电脑，熟练掌握Word 和Excel 表格。
良好的人际沟通技巧和对细节的关注。
