JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of the operation and maintenance of the central system, icehouse, and refrigerator.
To guarantee the hot/cool air condition demand of the hotel, to guarantee the whole refrigerator in normal operation mode.
To coordinate and supervise the air condition worker.
To assist the assistance chief engineer to lay down the maintenance plan and spare part supplementary plan, and carry out under the guide of the assist chief engineer and maintenance engineer.
Have his own idea of the defect of his major engineering system.
Assist duty Engineer ensure main building operation normal.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 4 yearsexperience in hospitality industry, and one year the same position experience.
Master engineering system and the technical skill of operation, maintenance of air condition, refrigeration and electric.
Familiar with the safety measure of the electromechanical device.
Have the guide ability and the management skill of his major.

岗位职责
负责全酒店中央空调系统和冷库、冷柜、制冷机等制冷设备的操作运行和维修保养。
保证酒店对冷暖空调和通风的要求，保证所有制冷设备运行正常。
负责协调、督促空调运行维修员的工作。
协助副总工程师制订设备维修保养计划和备品备件补充计划，并在副总工程师/维修工程师的指导下具体组织实施。
对本系统工程缺陷提出自己的见解。
协助值班工程师保证大楼正常运行。
 
任职要求
至少4年酒店相关工作经验，且具有一年相同职位经验。
精通本专业工程系统及工程技能类别中的空调与制冷、电气的设备操作、维护及保养。
熟知机电设施作业的安全措施。
具本专业技术指导能力和管理技巧。
