岗位职责
1.按照大厦规程清扫办公区和公共区域,及时补充客用品,控制物料消耗。
2.发现公共区域设备损坏,地毯、墙壁污迹应做好记录,及时进行清理或通知上级领导。
3.严格执行安全操作制度,确保办公区和公共区域安全。
4.负责大厦租户入室清洁工作,及时反馈租户信息和意见。
5.负责大厦墙体清洗和垃圾清运工作。
6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
岗位要求
1.能熟练使用各种清洁清扫工具,对清洁,清扫,消毒杀虫等有一定的常识。
2.接受过正规保洁相关知识及技能正规培训。
3.身体健康,相貌端正,表达能力良好。
4.有2年以上酒店客房或物业保洁工作经验或相关经验者优先考虑(已退休人员优先)。
