2.员工关系:管理劳动合同、员工变动及员工档案,接待员工投诉 3.负责人事系统的操作及维护;
4.负责外国人就业手续及外省市居住证积分办理;
5.完成上级交待的其它任务(各类报表、宿舍租用及后区事务等)
6.熟悉招退工、社保、公积金及薪酬核算工作;
7.协助培训部组织培训及活动;
