岗位职责
1.负责员工日常招聘工作，建立用工渠道及人才储备库。
2.协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、执行上级交代日常工作。
3.负责各种人事政策的具体实施及检查工作。
岗位要求
1.大专以上学历，有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2.熟悉员工的有关法规和条例；掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
3.熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
4.了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
5.具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
6. 具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
